I am a student in media, and I have had previously taken role in life coaching support groups and have offered one to one sessions with other students all about positive thinking and how to successfully achieve an improved mindset and perspective.

I believe that while on the path to having a positive mind, there is no strict, or step by step teaching method, as everyone has a different way of being able to mentally and emotionally develop themselves. What I will do, would be to listen with an understanding attentive manner on anything that is said, and will offer and be a part of the advice that I feel will enhance an additional perspective. With every session, would be a great way for the both of us to be analytical of the topics that would be discussed, and my main core of focus would be to achieve a new developed feeling/opinion with every stage, to ensure that there is a flow of moving ahead from what previous state of mind that may have delayed the opportunity to have a positive mind.
