I teach chair yoga class for all to enjoy, slow flow yoga, powerful yoga and a variety of personalized training sessions for strength and flexibility. I also offer HIIT training (high intensity but low impact, interval training) for those who like a challenge.

Reiki Services Include Mini Consultations of either: Naturopathic Herbs, Homeopathy-Nutraceutical supplements, Functional Medicine Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga poses for your bodies constitution, Hypnotherapy, or Yoga Nidra.
