About Chiara
First I studied psychology in Freiburg for two semesters and then a semester at the Fernuni Hagen, when I realized that I would like to apply my interest in psychology in films. Since 2015 I'm studying directing for documentary and scenic film at the Filmakademie in Ludwigsburg. This is for me the most direct and practical approach to make psychology experienceable and understandable.

My teaching is aimed primarily at students of all levels and school types and interested adults. My teaching methodology is mainly based on practical examples. I studied psychology for 1.5 years and stopped because of its practical relevance, but always accompanied me, especially with regard to the character design of movie characters. We will apply psychological phenomena and effects together to examples from everyday life or from films, lyrics, advertising and books. This can be adjusted according to the interests of the student. With pleasure I can come to you / your home in the area Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg. A neutral place of learning is also possible, such as the film academy in which I currently study directing. My style is very open. I approach my counterpart, find strengths and weaknesses, and prefer a positive learning approach. With the strengths and interests that a student has (everyone has these!), One can find a way to make the learning material attractive and avoid memorizing.
