Is your child a reluctant reader who needs a little push to find their love of literature?
Do you prioritize creating a calm and welcoming space for your young learner?
Well, then you may have just found yourself the perfect tutor!
I believe that every child is unique, and their learning journey should be as well. My personalized approach ensures that your child will find their love of reading throughout their time with me.
During our first session I will take 30 minutes to talk to the parent about the child’s needs and then take another 30 minutes talking to the child about their interests, so that I can find books that they would enjoy.
If they find books that they connect with they will wish to broaden their horizons to more stories.
We read the stories together and I model active reading strategies and teach kids how to engage with stories in a fun and meaningful way.
