About Zoe
I was trained in ballet at the Boston Ballet School for 10 years, and later turned to contemporary styles, contact improvisation, and some exposure to commercial street styles. As an artist, I research improvisation, contemporary and hip hop fusion, and choreography. I am currently obtaining my BFA in dance at Bennington College.

I offer foundational technique and improvisation in beginning ballet and contemporary styles. My classes are based on sensation in the body and often begin with a mindfulness practice. I enjoy a collaborative class experience - this means that the space is open to constant feedback, exploration, and reflection.
