An Adelaide girl with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science and a Master's of Teaching. I may have been out of the university realm for a few years now but I have always kept people informed on all things nutrition in both my personal and work life.

I believe that every human has a preferred way to learn to their best ability and my teaching will help you either find this or enhance on it. First time tutor wanting to cater for high school students needing support in nutrition. Lesson lengths can vary dependent on the topic of interest, 30 to 60 minutes or longer if required.

Perfect! We appreciate Lauren. I was looking for a tutor who can teach the importance of the balanced diet with real life examples for my teenage daughter. Lauren has provided a few lessons to my daughter with kind, gentle, clear, pleasant, easy-going manner. She is knowledgeable in nutrients and very professional. We are very happy and appreciative with Lauren. She is excellent. I recommend her to anyone.
