About Ifedayo
This is Ify- Your Supportive Personal Trainer in KL
One year ago, I felt uncomfortable in my body, intimidated by the gym, and unsure where to start. So I hired a personal trainer. That decision changed everything. I transformed my body, gained confidence, and discovered I actually love working out. The experience was so powerful that now I want to help others feel the same way.
I'm not a textbook trainer with fancy certifications. I'm someone who has been through struggle and came out stronger. I understand the nerves, the self-doubt, and the excuses because I made them too. What I offer is real, lived experience and genuine support.
