About Dhara
I am a neuroscience student studying at the University of Central Lancashire; I have three years teaching experience. This includes tutoring one to one for the 11+ exam and delivering English lessons in a class setting while working in Spain, Madrid.

My teaching method is as follows:
- Present a video demonstration of the topic or section in question - visual receiving (50% effective)
- Go through the topic in detail with a full explanation of content to solidify understanding and fill in the gaps the previous video demonstration did not include, a reading exercise (verbal receiving, 10% effective) will be given as well as examples in diagram form (visual receiving, 30% effective)
- Summary questions as well as example question that the student and I go through together will be given to wrap up the session (participating and receiving, 90% effective)
A sweet and short homework task will be given at the end of each session to ensure all learning is secured in memory for future use!
