About Giancarlo
Hi!
In day-to-day life, I make my career as a management consultant where I run data analytics, set strategic plans, and execute those plans for multi-million dollar clients across several industries. BUT, there is something not quite fulfilling about helping companies run at their best and making customers happy. I want to be hands-on with individuals, making THEIR lives directly better, and show them things that I wish I was taught when I was their age. Fewer things are more fulfilling than that! That's why I'm here.
Now, let me share a bit about what qualifies me to teach you!
I have a BS/BA from Northwestern University in Industrial Engineering and Economics. I also have a Master's in Data Analytics from the University of Chicago as well as an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Kellogg School of Management.
I am also a proud neurodivergent with ADHD and ASD! I believe everyone's brains have a capacity to learn great things; they simply need to absorb information in different ways that cater to their learning styles. I know firsthand how frustrating it feels to just not "get it", so I will be with you every step of the way there and we will figure it out together. If you are not getting something, it is NOT your fault as a student. We will simply find the best approach for you!

If you have any resources, links, pdfs, examples, etc. of the type of challenges you are facing, that will help me a lot to prepare talking tracks and walk-throughs. Also, if you feel anything is worth sharing about your learning history like what hasn't worked, what has worked, or any neurodivergent considerations, that will also help! I want to cater our work for you to learn as best as you can.
