About Cecilia
My name is Cecilia Meiren, I’m 21 years old and currently studying in Potchefstroom. I’ve always believed that with the right kind of help, any learner can improve—especially in a subject like Math, where confidence plays a big role. I’m offering tutoring because I know how frustrating it can be to feel stuck, and I want to support learners in a way that’s patient, clear, and encouraging. My goal is to help them feel more capable, less anxious, and better equipped to handle Math, step by step.

What makes my tutoring unique is that I understand what it feels like to struggle with Maths. I don’t approach lessons from a “top student” perspective—I approach them from the perspective of someone who has had to work hard to understand things clearly. That allows me to explain concepts in a simple, relatable way that makes sense to learners who feel lost or overwhelmed. I focus on building a solid foundation, creating a calm learning space, and helping learners gain confidence without pressure or judgement. My goal is not just to improve marks, but to help learners feel capable and in control of their learning.
