About Dineo
I am a Social Work Student that's a top achiever. Also a co-founder of an NGO that focuses on assisting disadvantaged families with food and clothes parcels, while also assisting with stationery for their children. I am driven by a Strength Based Approach, hence when assisting clients that I work with and families that I come across in the NGO I focus on highlighting their strengths instead of their weakness. This is to build positive thinking in them and enhancing their personal development.

This requires one to adopt a Facilitator teaching methodology as this method allows for the learners to develop critical thinking skills and tests their determination to learn while equipping them with necessary skills for personal development.
