About Neal
Hey Guys, I'm Neal and I study History and Politics at the University of Warwick. I attended Queen Elizabeth's in Barnet, the leading boys grammar school in the country, and graduated with a spate of A*s at GCSE and A-Level. I have tutored for a number of years and specialise in 11+ exams for leading Grammar and Private schools.
Having undertaken the 11+ I believe that the key to long term academic success starts at a young age - instilling values of hard work and perseverance. I am to help your child achieve their academic potential as well as nurture the qualities of scholarship, intellectual curiosity and an inherent appreciation for knowledge.
I also tutor to a higher level, particularly History & Politics up to A-Level and have significant experience of supporting people with University Applications, both in terms of Personal Statement advice & wider advisory services.
My teaching style is one that extends beyond our sessions - assigning your child work to be completed at home, brought to our session and then marked and discussed, providing you with clear evidence of their progression.

Perfect! Beyond Expectations
What can I say. Neal's attentiveness, professionalism and care for my son's progress and achievements went beyond any tutor I have encountered. Neale was exceptionally knowledgeable, he planned lessons meticulously and was able to scaffold my son's learning using a wide range of teaching styles. My son disliked politics before meeting Neale but he began to enjoy the debates which led to my son becoming a more critical thinker. Neale, brought this subject to life!
Neale, was able to contextualise content using real world examples so my son could 'See politics in action', rather than it being a detached concept in a text book.
Neale, has always been approachable, and offered support way beyond his remit for instance, he supported my son through his personal statement for university entry and UCAS application.
Neale, was able to build a strong rapport with my son and this invariably enabled my son to get an A grade in politics.
Without hesitation, I recommend Neal knowing that he will go above and beyond and beyond to ensure the success and academic attainment of your child as he has done with mine.
