About Sarah

As an NCAA athlete and national-level competitor, I bring 10 years of competitive swimming experience and 8 years of coaching experience to the pool. My coaching background includes private and group lessons, as well as coaching three levels of a competitive club team. I work with swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults, and all abilities, from beginners to elite athletes. I specialize in refining stroke technique, teaching water safety, and designing personalized workouts that help each swimmer build confidence, improve performance, and achieve their goals
