About Sarah
Hello, I myself have been suffering from an inflammatory autoimmune disease (UC) since I was 18 years old.
I quickly became interested in nutrition, personal development as well as naturopathy which allowed me to stabilize the disease and find a life without symptoms.
It took time, money and lots of mistakes.
I finally followed an intensive naturopathic course in 2020 which allows me today to practice as a naturopath. I therefore specialized in digestive disorders, having been personally affected by this problem.
My approach to help you is holistic (physically, mentally, and emotionally). I try to understand the root cause of the problem you have and eliminate it. The symptom then becomes an indicator for everyone.

As a naturopath, I have several means to restore or maintain the state of health. The main pillars are the re-programming of the subconscious, the management of emotions, herbal medicine, breathing, food, micro-nutrition and physical activity. Together, we establish an action plan adapted to YOUR person so that you quickly achieve progress in your digestive health, and more generally in your general health. I am against all extreme approaches and my philosophy of healing is based on anti-frustration.
There are 4 sessions in the month included in the program + 7 days a week follow-up by e-mail.
The key words in my opinion for regaining health are: Balance, intuition & pleasure.
