About Anastasia
Before moving to the United States, I worked with several English tutors because none of them taught in a way that truly worked for me—until I found one who made everything clear, engaging, and practical. What she taught me has stayed with me to this day. That experience shaped the way I approach teaching.
My goal is to be the tutor who helps you move past thoughts like “I can’t do this” or “languages just aren’t my thing.” Learning a language is not about talent—it is about the right guidance, consistency, and confidence. Hi, my name is Anastasia and I moved from Ukraine so I know the struggle of learning a completely new language. I have been in your shoes and want to teach you the techniques that helped me learn two more languages in the past few years.
My lessons are personalized to each student’s goals and learning style. I focus on practical communication, helping students build confidence in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing Ukrainian. I believe that consistent exposure is key to learning a language, so I incorporate real-life conversations, media, and simple daily habits that help students naturally immerse themselves in Ukrainian outside of lessons.
Lessons are engaging, supportive, and adapted for beginners, intermediate learners, advanced students, heritage speakers, children, and adults. Whether you are learning Ukrainian for family, travel, work, or personal interest, I will create a learning plan that fits your needs and helps you make steady progress.
