About Kirsten
I have a degree in International Business and Languages from the Amsterdam Business School, and then I obtained an accreditation from the University of Cambridge to teach English as a foreign language. Before coming to the Canary Islands, I worked at International House in Barcelona and San Sebastián, one of the best English schools worldwide. I am especially passionate about working with children. I have experience with children from 3 years old, in groups both private lessons. I can also prepare your children for the Cambridge Starters, Movers and Flyers exams, since I have worked as an examiner for these types of exams. I offer private English lessons at home, in your office or any other place more convenient for you. In addition, there is the possibility of teaching in groups. After an initial analysis of your level and needs, we will make a personalized curriculum that will allow us to work on the aspects in which you have difficulties and track your achievements and improvements. The materials always adapt to your interests. Classes can focus on what you need: general English, English for special purposes (law, medicine, tourism) or any Cambridge exam (PET, KET, FCE, CAE), including IELTS and Trinity.
