I'm Laura and am a native Italian from Sicily based in London.
Originally from a small town - Vittoria - in the south-east coast, I moved to the UK 16 years ago. I'm very passionate about cooking and continuing the family traditions including when it comes to cooking.

Hi/Ciao!
I will guide you through some Italian vegetarian/vegan/meat/fish recipes as well as more traditional dishes.
I intend to be these online classes fun (40mins to 1h) where I can also give you advice on Italian recipes books as well as on serving dishes and table decorating tips.
You will also learn some Italian. I find this is also a fun way to learn a language.
My lessons are for all levels and age.
