Not only did Sylvan teach me and my girls French for almost a decade, but he also taught them both piano. Sylvan is patient and sweet and he has become a forever honorary member of our family. I can't say enough good things about Sylvan! He's been teaching my 3 kids who ranged from complete novice to nearly fluent since 2021. He makes the lessons fun and joins my zany learners where their imaginations lead them to compose some of the silliest French sentences I've ever read. :D In addition to French, Sylvan has also been teaching my children piano. His instruction goes beyond the lessons I had as a child, and includes finger technique, hand posture, and music theory.
