About Clara
I’m a French and British student, currently studying maths at Durham university. I have studied in the French system (The French lycée in South Kensington) for ten years prior to university. Due to my experience in different education systems, I am very flexible in the way I see teaching and tend to prefer more informal forms of tutoring (conversation based mainly).

As a native French woman, I am very passionate about teaching the French language while still keeping students engaged in the subject matter. My teaching method is heavily dependent on the individual tutee’s needs. I tend to focus on developing fluency through more informal discussions and/or presentations to build up confidence in a student. I however maintain a precise methodology for teaching grammar and other writing skills where that is needed.
