I qualified at International House in London and taught there for a year, both group and individual lessons. I have also taught English privately in Barcelona. I qualified about 15 years ago, though haven't taught for the last 10 years (being a stay at home parent).

I tailor lessons to the requirements of the student. Some students wish only to learn English by conversation (topics covered will be relevant to interests). Other students require a deeper understanding of grammar which I'm able to teach in as fun a way as possible! Yet further people would like to learn English for a specific purpose, a business trip or a holiday, in which case I we would study using various relevant scenarios and vocabulary.
