About Llewellyn
I’m a former chef and volunteer firefighter, and I spent 27 years in high-level hospitality recruitment. For the last 3.5 years, I have been working on luxury cruise ships as the Director of Guest Services. I want to teach people to speak and understand the type of English we speak in London and across the UK, with a strong emphasis away from the grammar. 95% of the UK population either do not or cannot speak or write grammatically correct English, so why should you, as a non-English speaker, have to?

I will speak with you in everyday conversational English, which is what I currently use on a daily basis. I have been in London for 40 years, have travelled to over 100 countries and worked with people from all over the world, for whom English is a second or third language. I will be patient, empathetic and we will work together at your pace. There is no rush or urgency.
