About Ammaarah
I recently graduated with a bachelors degree in Linguistics and English Language Teaching. I also hold a TEFL level 5 certificate as well as a Business English qualification. I have been giving private English lessons for 2 years in London, both online and in-person teaching ages 18+. Occasionally I have taught younger learners aged 10-13 years, therefore I am confident in coaching all ages.
I believe that having the desire to learn new languages (whatever the reason may be) is the key to kickstart and encourage a better, more successful and brighter future!

I believe in personalised learning, learner-centred teaching and meeting the specific needs of the student (e.g. business orientated language or a language lesson designed to help with a university presentation).
If you are new to the English language, I will start with basic English grammar, vocabulary, and phrases gradually building your English skills from a beginner level to an advanced level over time.
Depending on your needs for English, together will either focus on the fluency (e.g. ESL/English as a Second Language) or the accuracy (e.g. English for specific purposes) of the language.
