About Shivansh
I’m a national-level yoga athlete who believes yoga is more than just poses—it’s about building discipline, persistence, and a strong mindset. My goal is to help students improve their flexibility, strength, and focus through regular and mindful practice.
As a teacher, I’m naturally joyful, energetic, and a bit playful, which makes classes comfortable and enjoyable. At the same time, I’m very observant, so I pay close attention to each student’s posture and progress to help them improve safely and steadily.
My classes focus on correct technique, steady progress, and building confidence, so students not only become stronger and more flexible but also develop patience and discipline through yoga.

My approach as a yoga teacher focuses on building discipline, persistence, and perseverance, which I believe are the foundations of real progress in yoga and in life. I guide students patiently and encourage them to practice consistently, helping them improve step by step rather than rushing results. My teaching style is supportive and structured so that students stay motivated while also maintaining proper form and safety.
A typical class begins with light warm-ups and breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind. This is followed by practicing selected yoga asanas focused on flexibility, strength, posture, and balance. I pay attention to technique and gradually increase difficulty as students improve. The session ends with cool-down stretches and relaxation or breathing practices, allowing the body to recover and the mind to feel calm and focused.
One of my special features as a teacher is that I am a national-level yoga athlete, so I understand both the technical and performance side of yoga. I focus on proper posture, flexibility training, and building long-term discipline in my students.
My classes are suitable for school students, beginners, athletes, and adults who want to improve their flexibility, fitness, posture, and mental focus through regular yoga practice.
