I believe that no student should be left out and that education should focus on the entire child. The teacher’s role is to act as a guide. Students will have access to hands-on activities. I consider myself a progressive existentialist with a postmodern worldview because I will assist my students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well as to embrace the difference of others. I aim to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom everyday. I believe that I owe it to my students to bring consistency and warmth to my job that I can inspire and encourage such traits in the children as well.
