I am a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a natural vision improvement coach. I have been a health coach for more than a decade and got rid of my glasses permanently 15 years ago. I have healed myself from severe chronic fatigue, severe brain fog, and gastrointestinal issues as well as lost 30 lbs. naturally without medications. I got rid of my glasses using natural vision improvement and the Bates Method and went from having 20/70 vision to 20/15 vision.
