About Eliza
I grew up in a home with two brothers, one of which ended up studying at ISU as a physics major. I remember when I was about 7 I was looking at my brothers math homework and tried my best to decipher it like a detective! Looking back on that memory I try to take into account how creative kids brains tend to be. This gives me a base on what to go off of, that being your kids individual creativity, and turn it into a lesson plan that works for them!

My typical lesson relies mostly on the individuals needs but I try to first teach the structure of the problem, then the steps/tricks to simplify it,and lastly give them a few real world problems to solve. Like I said before I teach kids k-5 and am super excited to help your kid out! I am open to whatever platform you would like to do the session(s) on.
