About Chris
Hi, I’m Chris!
I’m a qualified Music Teacher, Curriculum Lead and Music Producer based in London, with an MA in Music Production and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education. I’ve spent years helping students of all ages and abilities develop their confidence, creativity and technical skills in music.
Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I love helping others bring their ideas to life. Whether it’s producing your first beat, recording vocals, mixing a track or learning Logic Pro from scratch, I enjoy seeing students grow in confidence and achieve things they didn’t think were possible.
As a Curriculum Lead, I teach Music Production and Performance every day, so I understand how to break down complex topics into simple, practical steps that are easy to follow. My lessons are supportive, relaxed and tailored to each individual, because everyone learns differently.
Outside of teaching, I continue to produce, mix and create music, keeping my knowledge up to date with current production techniques and industry practices. I also run Mixed by Chris, where I share my passion for music production, recording and mixing.
Whether you’re learning for fun, preparing for college or university, or working towards releasing your own music, I’d love to help you reach your goals.
