About Charlie
I am an international pianist with experience playing solo and in many different bands with contrasting line-ups. I have also taught many students and have vast experience in working with all ages. I prefer to think of myself more as an all round musician than just a pianist and I could offer lessons that focus on the wider musical landscape and how everything works, as opposed to just how to play piano.

I teach whatever the student may be interested in and try to help students find their own sound on the instrument after developing a strong technique and knowledge of important musical fundamentals. I primarily work in jazz and if a student wanted to learn to improvise I would be more than capable to help with that.
