About Quel
I have over 6 years of experience both as an educator and artist.
Sharing my knowledge and love of the arts with others is both a joy and a passion.
The connectivity between inquisitive minds and myself is something I cherish. I make sure that even as an instructor I always leave my mind open to learning from my students as well.

I love engaging with my students by first understanding their knowledge of the material & any previous experience.
A typical lesson plan will begin with a warm-up exercise, followed by targeting lesson with light music integration, and some call and response as well.
I don't like to lecture the entire time as I feel neither the student or instructor likes to just hear talk the entire time.
Lessons are for students 1st grade and up.
