About Joel
I’ve spent 19 years immersed in Muay Thai, but my journey has always been about more than just mastering strikes or conditioning. It’s been a path of dissolving the invisible walls we build around ourselves—the mental patterns, limiting beliefs, and self-imposed rules that keep us confined. For me, Muay Thai has been one way I have explored presence, discipline, and freedom. I believe real growth happens when we question what we accept as true and break through those barriers with patience and awareness. Life has taught me to hold space for discomfort, to stay grounded in uncertainty, and to move with intention rather than force. I’m not here to offer quick fixes or flashy techniques. Instead, I bring a commitment to deep, authentic transformation—helping others find clarity, strength, and flow by dissolving the constructs that limit them.

This isn’t just Muay Thai — this is mind, body, and flow unlocked.
In my sessions, you’ll train authentic Muay Thai fundamentals: striking, timing, power, and real fight intelligence. But we go deeper.
We sharpen not just your body, but your awareness — how you move, breathe, respond. We build your intuition, your presence, your energy. I’ll show you how to control flow, find stillness in motion, and harness internal power that most fighters never even touch.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced, I meet you where you are. You’ll walk away not just stronger, but more focused, more confident, and more you.
When you're ready to train Muay Thai with depth — let’s go.
