About Karim
Passionate about poker for more than 15 years, I started to play Sit and Go's for real money at my majority (or a bit before I must admit).
2010: After having reached my first 4 digits bankroll from a 50 bucks deposit, I progressively played SNGs with more and more players eventually transitioning to MTTs.
I was a recreational winning player during my studies and my jobs.
Then wonderful 2020 happened and I decided to go all-in and to finally become a pro poker player in 2021 by leaving Switzerland in order to be able to achieve that while traveling.
2022 I invested in several masterclasses along with my daily online grind. I also had the opportunity to have my first 5 digit win in a live tournament, as well as my first Vegas.
2023 I joined an academy in order to become an elite player, I also reached 100k+ profit.
Outside of poker, I love sports: squash, soccer and tennis are my favorites. I'm really intrigued by how humans behave and think, moreover in a competitive environment .That's why I'm trying to pay utter attention providing pedagogical lessons for my protégé.

Perfect! I've had Karim as a poker coach since October 2024. He has been invaluable in finding the biggest leaks in my game and telling me how to improve them. I think in poker knowing the reasons behind employing strategies is just as important as knowing the strategies themselves, and Karim does an excellent job of explaining the theoretical components of poker. His lessons are very informative, but also conversational and casual, which I appreciate a lot. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of going pro as well as current pro players looking to improve their game further.
