About Sarah
In both undergrad and grad, I headed a children’s workshop, volunteered with children with ASD, and had a practicum with an agency who focused on adults with high behaviors, grief, and guilt. I graduated twice with a 3.9 GPA and also have the privilege of presenting in Boston. I graduated from an accredited program and am currently working with children in a specific modality. I teach skills to assist with familial dynamics and repair relationships. I also work in crisis as I am on call quite often. I love what I do even on the hard days, and even became a mentor for others (one who wrote me a letter to support me becoming a supervisor). I reach people where they are at, and understand mistakes and that we are not looking for perfection, but progress. Every day is a chance to learn.

I am passionate about psychology and mental health as they are imperative to health. They open one’s perspective about themselves and others. How do we seek help in crisis, what do we do, how do I speak to others different than you? I’ve been in the profession about 10 years and use psychology and my LMHC to assist in helping with families and behaviors. By teaching skills like communication, perspective taking, and holding one accountable, big change can come and you can be part of that! I am strength-based and give direct feedback with empathy, all are learning!
