About Miguel
I have tutored for 4 years and I worked in science outreach for 6. I have taught over 20 students and most of them were successful. If my method doesn't work with a student and I can't find a way to work with them, I inform them that they should consider other tutors no harm no foul. this usually is pretty obvious after 2 or 3 lessons.

I hold a degree in Physics/Applied Mathematics from the Science faculty in Porto, Portugal and a Master's in Geomatic engineering from the same institution (both highly regarded internationally).
I teach all levels and I like to use a simple approach to problems. If a student can't solve an exercise, I break it down into simpler versions he can understand and then add everything up in the end.
I am approachable and try to teach with examples students can relate to.
