About Indie
I am a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry. My passion lies in the chemistry of natural products and biomolecules. I enjoy exploring the fascinating world of secondary metabolites, natural dyes, flavours, and biologically active compounds found in nature. I guide students in understanding the extraction and isolation of molecules from living organisms. Structural elucidation techniques are an important part of my teaching. I focus on connecting theory with hands-on examples to make complex concepts accessible. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and curiosity. I emphasise both practical skills and deep conceptual understanding. Students learn how molecules interact, react, and contribute to biological and industrial processes. My approach encourages questions, experimentation, and critical thinking. Together, we uncover the chemical secrets hidden in nature. I invite students to explore and be inspired by the wonders of natural chemistry.

My teaching approach in Chemistry focuses on clarity, practice, and deep understanding. I cover core subjects including Organic, Inorganic, Physical, and Analytical Chemistry. I also prepare students specifically for AP Chemistry exams, complex problem-solving, theoretical explanations, and experimental analysis.
