About AMY
I'm a Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations Coach with over 25 years experience working on Revenue teams. I began coaching to share what I wish I knew starting out, both as an Individual Contributor and Leader, but had to learn through trial and error over the course of my career.
I began as a scrappy and determined Individual Contributor, working my way into middle management and eventually up to the VP-level, where I've been for over a decade building, rebuilding, and leading quota crushing teams, designing and launching go-to-market strategies, optimizing and implementing repeatable sales processes, differentiating in competitive markets, and creating scalable revenue growth at multiple organizations. I've worked with companies in various stages of growth, from very small, very early startups, to mid-to-late stage startups, and well-established, international companies with 20 to 100+ years in business.
