About Milo
I wasn’t the player who had everything easy, and that’s why I understand the game differently.
I know what it feels like to lack confidence, to feel overlooked, and to not have the right environment to grow. That’s exactly why I created Milo Football Clinic, to give players what many don’t get: belief, direction, and real development.
As a UEFA A licence coach, with over 15 years of coaching experience, working at clubs like OFK Belgrade, Serbian national youth teams, Shamrock Rovers Academy, and Brentford FC, I’ve seen all sides of the game, from grassroots to elite level.
But for me, it’s not just about where I’ve worked.
It’s about who I help.
I work with players who:
• Want to improve but don’t know how
• Are trying to get back into football
• Need to rebuild confidence
• Or simply want someone to guide them the right way
My goal is simple:
To help players enjoy the game, grow in confidence, and find their own path in football, whether that’s progressing to a higher level or just becoming the best version of themselves.

At Milo Football Clinic, I focus on helping players improve technically and mentally, through sessions that reflect game decision making, intensity, and confidence under pressure.
It’s also a safe space.
For players who are just starting.
For those getting back into football.
For anyone who’s lost confidence or feels a bit on the outside.
At the same time, I help players figure out where they want to go in the game, and how to get there. Whether that’s improving week by week or building a pathway towards a higher level.
I have been involved in academy coaching, women’s football, post-16 programmes, and player development pathways, helping many players improve their game and progress in football.
My sessions are open to players aged 7–88, of all levels.
• Beginners who want to start and build confidence
• Players looking to improve and develop their game
• Players returning to football who want to get back on track
• Dedicated players who want to train with purpose and progress.
