About Terri
What appeals to me most about teaching and tutoring is knowing that I can make a difference in my student’s lives. I have been fortunate enough over the past 23 years to help students with their self-confidence and support them with issues at home or with friends. I was able to help them accomplish goals, both they didn’t think they could.

I use a variety of methods to teach my students. I understand we all don’t learn the same way, so I use methods that I know will be successful to my students I have taught and tutored. Also, I realize math problems can be solved more than one way. We work together to find a method that makes sense to my students.
