About Jake
I have passed through the best French kitchens this country has, such as Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and le champignon sauvage. I then took the helm at Southsea’s famous bistro Montparnasse where I achieved an honourable mention in the chefs directory. I have a real passion for food and would love to share this with people.
