Deep Dive & Application (15–25 minutes) We explore the topic through: case examples guided problem-solving comparing theoretical perspectives interpreting study results breaking down DSM-5 concepts (for academic purposes only) 4. Practice & Skill Building (10–15 minutes) Depending on the student’s goals, we might: complete practice questions prepare for an exam work on writing skills for psychology essays plan or refine a research proposal review class notes for clarity and structure 5. Wrap-Up & Study Plan (5 minutes) I summarize key takeaways and help the student create a short study plan or next steps.
