About Sabrina
I'm currently a second-year medical student with a passion for science education that began during my own GCSE studies. What started as helping classmates understand difficult concepts has grown into years of tutoring experience across the sciences. I discovered my love for teaching during GCSEs when I realised I could break down complex ideas in ways that made sense to my peers. Since then, I've been tutoring students at various levels.

I believe effective science learning happens when complex concepts become clear and personally meaningful. My approach centres on building genuine understanding rather than memorisation, helping students develop both confidence and critical thinking skills across chemistry, biology, and physics. I start by identifying any gaps in knowledge. Science concepts build upon each other, so ensuring students have solid basics is crucial for tackling A-level material. I use diagnostic questions and concept mapping to pinpoint areas needing reinforcement. I integrate exam technique throughout our sessions, teaching students how to interpret questions, structure answers effectively, and manage their time.
