About Alice
Since my childhood, and thanks to my pastry chef-chocolatier grandfather, I have always been immersed in pastry. It was always an honor to be able to please others with cakes and pastries of all kinds and for all occasions. In order to improve myself, but also to learn new techniques, I took many pastry classes but also spent my 3rd year internship in bakery/pastry.
