I want to inspire the next generation of engineers by sparking their interest for Maths and Physics, like my tutor did when I was younger. I am friendly and approachable and will aim to make my lessons fun and informative.

At the start of each meeting, I ask the student how they're feeling, like if they're tired or excited about something going on in their life. This helps me better prepare for any distractions or a slow lesson, and I think this also lets them know that I care about their well-being and not just that they're at the lesson.
I then go over the agenda for the session so that they know what to expect. I also typically give them a brief quiz to go over the previous sessions' topics and see what they remember and or where they may need additional work. After the review, I try to connect how those previous topics relate to what we're going over in the current session. I go through the lesson, which typically involves the student reading material aloud and discussing the prompts with me. Finally, I leave at least five minutes at the end of the session for any additional questions about the material."
