About Jonathan
Hello, I'm Jonathan, a mechanical engineering Undergraduate at the University of Glasgow. I specialise in tutoring mathematics, chemistry, and physics at the National 5 level, with prospects of soon teaching higher.
I wasn't always good at maths and science but with the right help I learned a variety of study techniques that allowed me to succeed in my academic career so far. I look to share these techniques with my students.

With my students I look to initially solidify their understanding of a concept and its practical applications before working through basic examples. When the student is confident, I move onto past paper examples and provide them with the skills to approach more difficult questions themselves.
I typically teach in 1-2 hour sessions but can do longer sessions nearing exam time.
I have tutored regularly for the past 3 years, mainly in person.
I teach National 5 Maths, Chemistry and Physics for now.
