About Haley
I am a Junior at the University of Vermont studying Mechanical Engineering. I have a background in tutoring which included teaching entry level math and english in foreign countries. My experience in math courses began in high school where I completed Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, as well as Ap Calculus. While in college I have taken 3 semesters of calculus and other math courses. I have a deep understanding of these courses and am able to tutor them in many different ways to be accommodating to the student.

I like to connect with my students and allow them to learn the material in a way which makes it easiest for them to understand. A typical tutoring session would involve working through practice problems and identifying which areas need to be focused on the most. I have years of experience with calculus and am still utilizing information learned in those classes. This advantage allows me to better recall the material a student is working on.
