About Kim
I am a Mechanical Engineering student with a passion for all things STEM. I’ve done multiple research experiences and finished an internship with BAE Systems. I have worked with NASA as well as known schools such as Cal Poly Pomona. I socially skilled and have worked with children from 5th grade up.

My teaching method is based on hard work, patience, and observation. It’s not easy to learn a new subject but it’s not impossible either! I will create a comprehensive lesson plan that fits the student. It takes a lot of practice to fully understand something and I believe that having a consistent schedule and homework to do can help. I think it’s important for teachers to put in a fair amount of work if we want to see results in students. I like to say that it’s not the student that fails but the teacher. It’s a two way street and we can learn it together.
