About Supratim
I am a mechanical engineering graduate who never quite fit the "traditional learner" mold and I always found textbooks boring, so I figured out how to make learning fun. Whether it’s breaking down complex concepts with real-life examples or cracking terrible jokes to lighten the mood, I believe education should feel like discovery, not a chore. Outside of teaching, I am a laid-back, fun-loving guitarist (yes, I might sneak in a nerdy science song now and then). But more than anything, I am the kind of person who will have your back—whether you are struggling with a tough topic or just need some encouragement. My goal? I believe learning should not feel like a chore—it should spark curiosity. My style is all about making subjects click for students by connecting them to real life. Forget dry lectures; I use stories, examples, and even humour to explain tough concepts. Imagine learning algebra through sports stats or chemistry by baking a virtual cake—suddenly, it’s not just memorization, it’s discovery.
Each class is structured but flexible: we start with a quick warm-up (maybe a fun riddle), dive into the topic with interactive explanations, and leave plenty of time for questions - because no one should ever feel stuck. If a student needs extra help, we slow down; if they are racing ahead, we go deeper.
I specialize in grades 6–12, especially for students who think a subject is "boring" or "too hard." My goal? To turn that frustration into confidence. Whether it’s breaking down tough math problems with relatable examples or turning history into a dramatic story, I adapt to how they learn best.
