About Shweta
Inquisitive and passionate are the two suited adjectives to describe me. With determination and perseverance, I transformed my life through my weight loss journey, I am a fitness fanatic and a power lifter, inspired many to lead a healthy and a fit life as a fitness coach. Having worked as a counselor to many unprivileged girls in a rural camp location during my internship, developed improved leadership, confidence, interpersonal knowledge about social realities and managerial skills.

My methodology is being pragmatic, having gone from 90 kilograms to 50 kilograms with no coach or instructor, I am a self learner and motivator. I wish to share things which I have gone through personally. I have six years of experience in this field, do's and don'ts are well verified by myself.
Structure would begin from examining your body type, basal metabolic rate, body mass index, and your daily diet and fitness regime.
People coming on board, will not have to starve rather eat to lose weight. Yes, you read it right!
