About Diya
Hello, I’m Diya, a dedicated tutor teaching English and Mathematics to students from Pre-Primary to Grade 6–7. I offer structured yet engaging lessons in English and Mathematics for students from Pre-Primary to Grade 6–7. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals first and then gradually moving to intermediate concepts, ensuring that students feel confident and motivated at every stage of learning.
For younger children, I use interactive methods such as stories, visuals, games, and simple activities to make learning fun and effective. For older students, I focus on concept clarity, step-by-step problem solving, regular practice, and revision. Lessons are customized according to each child’s learning pace, school curriculum, and specific areas where they need extra support.
A typical lesson includes a quick revision, introduction of a new concept, guided practice, and independent exercises to reinforce understanding. I regularly track progress and adapt my teaching style to suit the student’s needs.
My lessons are ideal for students who want to strengthen basics, improve academic performance, build confidence, or get extra practice outside school in a supportive and patient learning environment.
