As a teacher, I know the importance of being patient with my students. Every student has their own pace for absorbing knowledge and it's my job to impart that knowledge in a way that helps students retain what they have learned. I believe that with Math the only way to get good is by understanding the core concepts and practicing various types of questions till you understand the concepts and how to apply them. My lesson plans will include analyzing the gaps in a student's conceptual knowledge and doing my best to help a student understand the concept thoroughly.
