About Josh
I have a Bachelor degree in Business and a Masters degree in Business Management. Throughout this time I obtained numerous skills surrounding learning, how to effectively deliver messages and lessons as well as a confidence for presentations and public speaking. This serves as a balanced authoritative but approachable figure, allowing students to push past the barriers of there own perceived social risk of needing help.

Firstly, I gauge my students, understanding what drives them toward success. I always ask them why they are learning, why are the skills being developed important. All humans are more inclined to complete something if they understand the consequence of the action. I also try to understand how students see the world and adapt exercises to suit and benefit the development of the student.
